What is Hypnotherapy exactly?

Hypnotherapy works if you are motivated and want that change. Your belief in the suggestions we agree upon is the key to successful change.

You can't do anything you don't want to and you can't share anything you don't wish to. The relaxed state is a safe and natural state, and you can bring yourself out of this state at any point. You are always in control.


There are 2 main methods of hypnotherapy - suggestion therapy and analysis. Suggestion therapy works by encouraging you to change certain behaviours (i.e. smoking or nail biting). Analysis is the process of using the relaxed state to find the underlying issue that may be hidden away in your subconscious.
