Terms and Conditions

Booking a session

  • All clients must leave both an email address and a telephone number when booking. It is the client's responsibility to update us if there is any change to this information.

  • The client is expected to pay the full session fee when booking as a booking deposit which is refundable under our cancellation policy (see below).

  • After the initial consultation, any payment details held on file are destroyed and are never kept for future use.

  • Payment can be cash, PayPal or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

  • The client accepts that all cancellations require at least 48 hours notice.

  • Failure to attend, cancel or reschedule the appointment outside of the outlined notice period will result in a charge of the full session fee.

  • Appointments booked with less than 24 hours notice do not fall under this cancellation policy, and any cancellation will cost the full session fee.

Distance Selling Regulations

  • Upon the successful booking of an appointment, the client accepts the contract to buy a service offered by Osborne Hypnotherapy. This contract becomes binding upon receipt of confirmation of the appointment.

  • Under the Distance Selling Regulations, it is within your rights to cancel a service (when booked over email or phone) up to 7 working days from receipt of booking confirmation.

  • Cancellation must be in writing.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, appointments booked less than 7 working days in advance do not fall under the Distance Selling Regulations, and our normal cancellation policy applies (see above).

  • All appointments made over phone or via email, will be confirmed by email from Osborne Hypnotherapy.

  • The service is considered to have begun 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time, due to the necessary reservation of time and resources for the appointment.

Privacy Policy

  • We only store clients' personal data with their express consent.

  • The data we store is in order to fulfil our contract with the client, to provide the service of hypnotherapy.

  • Client data is never passed on to a third party without their express permission.

  • Client data is stored indefinitely for insurance purposes.

  • It is the client's right to request any and all data that Osborne Hypnotherapy has stored.

  • All emails and correspondence between Osborne Hypnotherapy and the client are strictly confidential.
